Education and career
Elia graduated in Law in November 2021 from the University of Padua, discussing a thesis in industrial law, new technologies and european consumer law entitled “Informations to the consumer in online negotiation: dash button, voice commerce & smart contracts” after a period of ten months in Paris within the erasmus program.
Elia has been a member of the LGV team since February 2021 and is gaining significant experience in various IP sectors, particularly in the field of trademarks, patents and copyright.
He collaborates with the other members of the firm on both litigation and out-of-court activities, assisting both national and international clients, leaders in the telecommunications, innovation and fashion sectors.
Elia assists the other members of the firm in researching and study updated regulation and technological developments.
